Another Green smoothie….oops!

Here is my favourite quick, easy and healthy green smoothie that I drink daily.

– 1 green apple, chopped
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1 handful of kale
– 50-100ml apple juice
– chopped ginger
– half a lime, squeezed

– Blitz in a blender until smooth and drink up!

This is my favourite recipe as it is so refreshing and I never get bored of it

Peanut butter and Jelly Smoothie

Handful of strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Almond milk
Tbs of peanut butter
Blueberries to top
For some extra indulgence and a little bit of organic maple syrup on top mmmm heaven

Blend and enjoy!

Green Machine Smoothie

1 Apple cubed
1 Pear
Handful of spinach
Chopped fresh ginger
Organic apple juice

Get blending and ta daaaa you are set!
