A new series that will be running throughout March is some beginner yoga poses. I am not a yoga expert but these are all nice easy poses that will help with general wellness!
The first in the series is the Cat-Cow pose
Some benefits of the cat-cow pose are:
- Improves posture and balance
- Massages and stimulates organs in the belly
- Strengthens and stretches spine and neck
- Relieves stress
This is a great pose to do in the morning to wake up your body in a gentle way. Let me know how you get on with it!
