I feel like I have fallen out of the blogging world but I promise with the new year I will stop it! Anyway..
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, I hope you all had an amazing time with friends and family and didn’t indulge too much!
When I stopped blogging I started to focus more on me and I think I needed that I took time to do Pilates everyday and followed the Blogilates calendar to near completion (first time I have managed it), ate better and made better choices to start the new year off in the right way and just enjoyed being surrounded by loved ones.
So if have made some New Years Intentions
1. Read more – I love reading and it inspires me and relaxes me which is two things that I need in my life
2. Surround myself with positive good people – This is to rid myself of poisonous people in my life that don’t bring any good, I want this year to be happy and loving.
3. Continue me fitness journey – To continue with the work that I have been doing but add in more yoga to give my mind and body a spiritual hug!
4. Get my act together with blogging – I vow to make a content plan, take more pictures and make more recipes. I want to make this teeny tiny empire grow throughout this year and tackle some not so nice issues such as eating disorder and getting help.
I hope this year is the best one yet and it is full of happiness, love and joy.
