Monday Bun Day!

Hiya lovelies,

Apologies I disappeared again need to stop doing that!

Anyway…here is a quick bum and leg workout to battle the Monday slump.

Do the round 3 times with a minute rest in between each round and your done in 30 minutes I like to run around my block a few times after as well

16 X Jumps (8 each side)

10 Squats

24 Walking lunges (12 each leg)

30 Fire hydrants (15 each leg)

15 Burpees
