Today I am going to tell about the best home and gym workouts ever BLOGILATES!
Honestly they have changed the way I workout, how I plan meals and my weekly workout schedule. Blogilates is Pilates but way more intense than I have experienced before, to get the best of both worlds I alternate each day of the week between the gym and blogilates – I usually take a rest day on Wednesday or Sunday and focus on doing stretches. Cassey (the creator of Blogilates) has a youtube channel filled with so many types of videos and levels to suit everyone!
Cassey also has a monthly workout calendar which plans all your workouts for a month…how great is that?! It is also FREE!!!
Blogilates has helped tone me up, use muscles I didn’t know existed and pushed me when I didn’t think I could go any further!
The positivity that she has is amazing and inspiring so if your bored of your day to day workouts check her out it will change everything!
